Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $8 for all domestic orders. Free shipping is available for orders over $150
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned for updates!

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item, following the guidelines below:

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.
Return Window: You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Return Process:
1. Email us at info@agcollectionboutique.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and certain intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned.
